I remember this forum before all the numpties that got invited to join us from the various places Im about to put links up to make Stuarts life hell !!!

before there were forums we existed on email communities like the old yahoo groups. when i was playing online competitively i used (and still do) irc on quakenet.

we've used forums ever since i came online, which corresponded with my move down here from darkest lancashire :)

I also played loads of video games spectrums, megadrives, pc games, playstations, xbox, etc etc

I wouldnt have attempted doing half the work on my car without the help of forums !! I'd have left it well alone and kept it stock !!

A good thing would have been that I wouldnt have had the pink tracksuit warrior badge and the banter that went with it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was also an IRC junkie before Forums, but have been using forums for must be 5 years - life before it was no different except I had a proper job and used to have to go to work :D




oh, and I had more hair :)

should be easy for me to remember as this is my first forum i have participated in 8) holy crap what have i missed out on :-D
i used to work too much , mortgage to pay family to bring up usual stuff ,weld up my car for mots, walk my dogs ,
go out and do vermim control with a mate of mine sometimes ,watch tv.

used to be a ford man through and through owned couple xr3is and a gartrac escort mk3 rwd (wish i still had it :( 0

but now the flame has been rekindled with my subaru :grin:

from the guys i met at my first meet and what i have subsiquently read on here you seem a decent bunch with a good sense
of humour :grin:
