6 Speed Box finished

After having other cars with 6 speed gearboxes and not liking them i was very reluctant to do this.Since MAD mapped the 2.1 forged JUN engine i built last year,although very happy with the result i have always felt that there is a little something missing so decieded to take a chance,adopt an open mind and slip in a 6 speed Shot Peened box and Carbonetics twin plate clutch.I finished it last Sat nite and the first run was to the"Hot and Sunny Jap Show at Santa Pod" yeah right.I was happy with what i experienced on a run but have since had a chance to drive the car properly and must say i am very very pleased with the result.It pulls very much like an RS box does but with the advantage of a taller top gear.I cant wait to get the new turbo on now as i think its going to be a case of how quick i can change gear.

Yes Duncan, its all printed its just got to be seamed and have the eyelets put in.I will collect it on Monday. W
