rear anti roll bar reduces rear grip - > more oversteer/less understeer
front anti roll bar reduces weight transferance across the front axle and will cause understeer
You need to be very careful in changing stuff based on limited knowledge IMO - hence why I havent.

I think you need to understand fully what it is doing. this will be of more help in the long run. You cant just dial some toe and add neg camber and expect it to work in all situations. Tracks are living things and require constant setup alterations to keep the car handling correctly.
could your problem be related to rear grip ie too much making the car push in the turns or creating too much side bite from the front end. this is just an example of my earlier point. If the case is like i have said (which it may not becasue i have not seen the car) maybe you need to look at the COG as well as your tire pressure as well.
the fastest cars are not always the ones with the most grip. it is the one with the best balance the bare minimum of grip that is the fastest

Whats COG?
I have never been 100% happy with the way my car feels while going round a long corner at quite high speed, it feels like there is a bit too much oversteer trying to happen, Corum at Snetterton is a good example.
I am running parallel toe front and rear. I may toe in the rear a bit in future to stop this happening hopefully.

if so could you not look at it like this.
rear end is coming out !!!! this can only be a few things one of those too much rear grip causing the rear to grip at push round a touch. If you are exceeding about 5 deg of slip angle i would suggest altering tire pressures front and rear by 2-3 psi at a time. You may need to un balance them.
