A Few Sneaky Pics of My Latest Project

Post by Ross »

Hi Big Power.

Just thought I'd post up a few pics of my latest project.
It is based on an Evo VI RS. It has been in build for what seems like forever after numerous problems.
Never the the less I havn't lost heart and hope to have it finished by the end of July. Gary @ APT will have the final few electrical jobs to sort out and the mapping of my MoTec. Then it's going to be Fun, Fun, Fun

Thanks Kev

It's fair to say I have borrowed a few Ideas from Garry. He's been great tbh :thumb: I have managed to steer clear of a few of the problems he has experienced being the pioneer with the kind of set up.
There are several differences between Gary's spec and mine so It should be interesting to see how they compare on the Dyno.

Thanks for the kind comments guys :)

Re Grind marks on the turbo: Although the core is made by Garrett, the housings are made by/for Precision turbo in the States. I am guessing they just grind off the casting marks?? Gary would probably know more. He knows that exhaust housing very well
