Of the two 200s running in the time attack (which arnt far different to the weight/distribution of your car, i wouldnt' think).

SMs has 10/8 springs on Apex coilovers and Yaks has 8/6s, both have whiteline front and rear ARBs, and as much front camber as possible. Some of the pictures taken round the silverstone round clearley show Yaks car pitching and rolling and through the complex at the end. So hes off to 10/8s.

Depends what you can put up with on the road, personally having driven Yaks with 8/6s, ARBs, Pineables, Upper and Lower Front and Upper rear braces and fully adjustable rose jointed arm set, id say its still fine, very pointy, but not uncomfortable, takes all sorts though.

Personally id go coilovers and font and rear ARBs if i were you, mind you a set of coilovers for the S13 is about

What you are describing sounds like you need some beefier roll bars and after seeing the mcdonalds straws which are in place of your roll bars on the sierra would certainly explain this!

I am sure whiteline will do some new ARB's for your car?

After putting the nismo ones on my car it helped eliminate exactly the symptoms you described.

The front end of our car is still fairly soft compared to yours Stu. However having viewed the pictures that the Donnington photographer took there is little difference in the amount of body roll. If you consider that our front spliter is approx. 3 inches off the ground but does not scrape.

Our front dampers needs changing......we've always known that. I prefer to develope things in a way that will allow me to measure their benefit.

We are also running Sapphire cosworth front ARB and Escort Cosworth rear ARB. if you can get hold of an Escort Cosworth front ARB this will improve things.
The saph cosworth ARB's are thicker than the XR's
The Escort Cosworth ARB's are thicker than the Saph cosworth.

We also have front and rear custom made strut braces.

Thanks guys, Ithink the ARB's are a possibility and I'm looking into spring rates too. Pabs.........have you got a link for those photos?
Maff.........if this was for the GTR I would just give it to APT and let Gary and co. do what they do, but thanks for the effort in answering :thumb:

its already been mentioned but ill just pipe up too. fitting thicker ARB's will make your car a lot pointier, increasing turn-in and reducing body roll.

the whiteline leaflet that came with mine warned against hard driving until the driver had relearned how the car handles - it makes that much of a difference

oh, try and get a blade type adjustable one if you can, then its possible to dial it in to your setup (i have mine on full hard)
