Have a look at my link mate. Different opinions as always, seems though that they are an MOT failure. It really comes down to whether the light in it is road worthy ie. has dip/high beam etc. Not sure exactly tbh but I'm sure an MOT station would say if it was passable. You could always ask the local plod if it's legal :lol:
