Update on clio v6

just had the wheels powder coated black and the side pods to match the rest of the car, along with a few other bits.
thinking about spraying the calpiers yellow to contrast with the wheels?
i think it looks like a real track car now?? :grin:

defo keep the calipers red. ( or blue? ) :-D

are you going to colour in the writing on the tyres with a tyre pen? :-D

Looks well smart with the black rims, not sure on the Lexus lights tho...hmmmm

Nik,
I think the yellow calipers would look great mate. They would compliment the yellow on the wheels and also yellow is a Renault corporate colour.
Guess what too, i have a yellow caliper painting kit in stock :wink:
It is the proper 2 part resin type. Can supply only or do the job for you at BP rates.
Will bring it on Wednesday if you like?

I tend to find that hand painted caliper paint is not as good looking as sprayed. Now if you have some spray yellow paint that is heat resistant, now we are talking

Well Nik,
I have better results with the brush on kits. You get a nice glossy finish and it is really hardy ie resistant to brake dust/fluid plus you can paint on the car.
Each to their own though hey :grin:
