Thanks for the comments, I'm still feeling quite chuffed :D

Oddly I didn't feel too tired although I made a point of not sitting down for long for fear of nodding off. Slept well last night though

Logan, yes he's the same Brian.

That is what I have found the 'magic' to be - he has a great way of understanding what you want and how to get it to suit you. Sounds like he has done that here.

How was the oil useage? - have you got to the bottom of that?
Thanks Stu

Duncan, You're cetainly right about confidence. First track day, a couple of years ago, the car handled like a camel and on a bend, would go into violent oversteer at a slight lift of throttle. All the talk of 'keep it planted' was an enigma as there was nothing I could do to catch it. After countless Whiteline bits, suspension upgrade, decent tyres, geometry, etc. It's totally transformed. Confidence has gone from very wary to gung-ho :-D and it's so much more enjoyable.

The oil issue continues to baffle me. It really is all or nothing, as in, 100mls/ltr or nothing. Your consumption is different to mine as I don't know where it's going. I certainly wouldn't want what's coming from the breathers back in the sump. It's a small amount of very thin 'paraffin' for want of a better description.

Be interesting to see how it goes on Weds. Virgin's Night, if I can get Liz to 'give it some' :o
