Thanks guys, think the usual suspects are in now.

I asked Billy some more questions, the verbatim reply is below (as you can see, its very good VFM). I'll reply with the numbers info above plus a few of the non-forum clan who are interested. Numbers seem to be the issue, so if we do get issued some places I would suggest pre booking them ASAP.
