Not to forget the MLR sprint Friday August 3rd

Anglia Karting North Pickenham near Swaffham

I know Logan has his name down for this and so do I. Did it last year and, iirc so did Duncan. It was great fun hurtling round a narrow go-kart track.

So if you're a member of MLR, who also run very good track days, get your name down, or go and join. :o

They may be struggling for numbers and it'd be a shame if it were cancelled.

I'd be up for it again if I am around.

Hi Chaps,

Reply from Billy:

Hi Andy

We are virtually at full capacity for this season, and I would not wish to turn away any future Service competitors later in the season. Consequently, please could you let me know how many are interested in competing at Barkston and also give me an idea of whether you are just looking at competing in the June event or other dates as well.

If you are all competing in MSA events then the cars and safety equipment will already be to an acceptable standard. However, our events are aimed at encouraging newcomers from the armed forces into motorsports and as such the MSA regulations are too restrictive both in what we can offer and also financially. Therfore they are not MSA events so we run to a safety plan that is specifically tailored to the two tracks we have created at Barkston Heath and we have our own insurance and safety cover.

Regards
Billy

So, we need to compile a list of who is up for which of these dates (all at Barkston);
