I probably shouldnt admit this,

But taking the Orange back to GBH the other day I found a particularly noisy, slammed Mk2 Golf 16v behind me - this chap is always roaring about, but I have never been in a fast car to see if he's quick or not. Anyways, I gave it a reasonable footfull and to my very great surprise he was clamped to the back of me down some twisties like a limpet. Admittedly it was raining which meant when I tried to push on the car did its best to throw us in the scenery so I never really kept any momentum or got fully in its stride, but his car must still have a fair bit of shove to keep up with 400bhp/tonne of racecar even if he did have the drop on me !!!
