I have been caught out a few times and it has made me so angry!
Look under a car that is used in all weathers and then look under a dry day only car and you will see why i dont take it out!

Marti, guess that would be me then :wink: mind you as its just a toy I do have the choice :P .... I wouldn't deliberately take mine out in the rain, but with our great British weather it's inevitable that it does go out in the rain, but it always get wiped down and polished before it gets tucked up for bed :D

My car has more sheets covering it up at night than what i do! :lol:

Probably because you had to use them to mop up your oil slicks! :)

I laid mine up for the first winter - and promptly regretted it as it introduced a number of electrical and alloy corrosion issues - last spring I had her undersealed - this winter she's done the whole gambit of weather including a sprinkling of snow - and no problems electrical or corrosion wise 8)

Sh!t, now that is dedication. My car gets a polish twice a year if it is very very lucky :lol:
