its been 4 years!!

but i was ok after 2 years and its taken that long to get their case together.

it wont be a massive payout but enough to do some serious work on a car. :twisted:

I am in exactly the same situation as you mate.
I was in a car hitching a ride to the pub and the idiot driver flipped it over resulting in me getting glass in my arm which i am still picking out now!

I am still waiting on my compensation claim as the police denied i was in the car dispite them interviewing me at the scene and taking my name and address etc. The word incompetent springs to mind.

Anyway good luck mate.
