Quick answer~
Probably 18's but you need to consider a few other things first.
How big are your brakes? 355mm or more will need 18's as a rule.
How much do you want to spend on tyres? 17's are cheap as chips, 18's less so.
What would Rob recommend? I would start there as he has seen your car, and knows the running gear too.
I would add as a cautionary note that the more grip the tyres produce, the higher the load on your car ( wheel bearings etc) and the lower the margin for error in the event of losing control of the car.
I am no expert though, so I'm sure someone who knows what they're on about will be along in a minute :thumb:

cheers stuart
i was thinking 18's due to brakes .
i did elvington with 19's
and the line between grip and spinning was very small, but it was very tight....haha thats my best excuse anyway and im stcking to it :-D
lots of things to try with the car this year, ive convinced myself i need a diff turbo without even doing a trackday , i think i'll try 1st before diving head 1st in and buying something i may not need.
when were you thinking of doing bruntlingthorpe?
