No sorry I do have a piper x CIA with a large cold air feed, sounds good but doesn't really give any noticable power gains, feel like it revs better. Waiting for CPL stage 1 as they do the AEM V1 which relocates the air filter near the inner wing. I think CPL do Kpro as an alternative to the K100. Do you have a CTR?James Breadvan wrote:I see your planning a stage one from CPL? Presuming you have a proper CAI not a K+N that sucks in hot engine bay air, you'd see better gains with a race manifold, spoon bpipe and Kpro than a stage 1 from CPL. If you go second hand you can pick all of this up for a tiny bit more than a stage 1. Another benifit of going for Kpro over the k100 that CPL do with the stage1 is you can run your own maps and not have to drive to kent every time you need to change the mapping.

rrrrrr, sorry you they guy with the milano red CTR (supercharged) what power are you kicking out?
Have you ever fitted an induction filter like mine because my CTR is struggling to get above 132 since the filter was fitted, plus I'm running oil from wilco changed just before the filter was fitted. 5w 40 fully synthetic, acceleration is fine, do you think it could be either the filter or oil?

Always on private roadsJames Breadvan wrote:I wouldn't have thought the oil would be the problem. Just looked at the pipercross kitBin it. All it does is suck warm air in to the engine and thus you have lost some power. I take it this was on a private road?

It puts out 275/300 depending on what dyno it runs on.
