Bit more involved than that.
I took some in-car video at Marham and thought it a good idea to post it up.
First problem, I connect the camera to the computer via. USB and nothing happens doesn't even aknowledge the connection.
I put it onto a DVD using the TV recorder but the computer doesn't recognise the dvd although it plays back on the TV.
If someone can give me pointers on what to do with the above, I'll then try to upload it to a hosting site.
Looks like I'm making the 'Stupid Question' section my own
Posting video?

to down load and edit DV footage "un-compressed" you need one of these... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/8-Port-USB-2-0-Fi ... dZViewItem
and one of these... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/New-1-meter-6-pin ... dZViewItem
this will plug into your camera and will allow you to upload it with excellent quality.
then using editing software like pinnacle, you can then burn it onto disc in DVD format or as an Mpeg file or AVI file or windows merdia file or even a realplayer file ( and more!!! )
thats the best way to get results.
then you want to set up a google video account and you can upload video's in excess of 100mb
*edit*
ok you got one, thats good. buy another cable for a few quid and it will be fine.
http://www.streetfire.net can upload upto 500meg files and you don't have to sign up either!!
