well put stu and well done for not putting street racing or testing on the list cause we would not want that sort of thing either .on a more sensible note i liked the idea from the start as we had a very small car club running before BP which consisted of about 15 members all into fast cars and actually usuing them .when i got invited to the first meet of bp it was nice to see more like minded people who are genuinly into modding and driving cars before ,now ,and in the future .i hope BP can continue to be the club it is at this level and not turn into a club full of bench racers who give advise on line and have never got off the sofa to look under there bonnets.
i admit i myself cannot commit to the organising of a club such as this but will support it all i can by attending meets and helping those i can .its a great club that "does what it says on the tin" keep up the good work guys
max1.
you put that perfectly and i second your comments. I know that on this matter i can speak for Alan as well. We both feel privaleged to be part of a club such as this. The fact that we were recommended to the club was and is to us recognition of what we have done and what we are about.
Building a fast car and driving it on track
well id certainly like to make sure i get myself out on some track days, my only problem is i cant take time off work (school teacher see ) and most of the days ive been invited to previously have been weekday ones.... i have the motivation but not the means you might say!!
but your comments sound more than fair and i totally understand and agree with the sentiment
