Its an original twin headlight blade (like my first bike)
He rides like a nob
His chain has come off probably from too many wheelies or possibly his gearbox is lunched, again from too many wheelies, you notice it skipping in and oyut of gear earlier in the vid.
He's not really trying - hence why the blue car seems quick.
