Mmm...that RX7 has been sexified :D

That's pretty cool how you modded the bonnet to fit :D

I don't know much but I believe having a longer intake tract decreases throttle response, maybe?

Right, a beautiful day this morning so I thought I would crack on with something else I am doing on the car....dash panels !!

To give you some background...when I bought my car it had the pre 1993 spec interior dash panels that are made of a rubber material that scratches just by looking at it. Let alone catching anything on them. Needless to say they were scuffed and scratched to hell. The later spec ones come with a plastic textured finish that doesnt scratch.

So a deal was struck with Andrew at Jimmys who gave me the dash, the centre console and the one where the gearlever is. I fitted these after a problem with the heater matrix but had to wait for Andrew to remove the driver door side plus the passengers from another car. Months went on and I didnt pursue it because I needed a warm day to fit them. Anyway I rang Andrew a week ago and asked about them, he promised to have them off this week. He did and they were collected on fri.

Meanwhile I spotted the holy grail of bits for an FD. The drivers door pocket...its a small pocket that the lid breaks for everyone so they are pretty rare secondhand. New prices are over
