Hello Steve,
I am the engine licker Ben referred to!

I have been studying your few pictures and spec list for a while and it really is top quality mate.

What an incredible car, will you be able to make it down to the meet/trackday on the 28th?

Are you OK to still be running the stock radiator with that kind of power?

The engine bay has made me jealous but Im sure it is just the purple which makes it look cleaner!

Hi Ian

Unfortunatly i wont be able to make the 28th mate.
Thanks for the kind words about my car, its comments like that which make you realise all the hardwork, effort, money, blood, sweat and tears that have gone into it have really paid off. (yes i did all the polishing myself lol)
Running the stock rad on my setup is fine at the moment, the car is more of a fast road car than a track/drag monster and the temp guage does'nt even reach halfway when fully warm, im sure if it had a sucsession of hard laps round a track it would all change. Will find out when i finally get my butt over to the Ring for a few laps. She will also be going down the strip at some point this year as i AM going to get a 10seconds pass out of her even if it means blowing up another gearbox :-D

Steve

P.s. Its not the purple that makes it look clean, its the way that you lick it that does it. :D

Hi Ian

Yeah polishing metal is a dirty job and i think i would leave it to someone else next time :-D

Haven't been able to make many meets as of late as the car always seems to break at the most inapropriate times .
Haven't really done any mechanical work as such either, other than taking off all the pipework and plenum for polishing and putting back on, i leave all the technical stuff for Ron and the lads at RK Tuning to sort out as im not much of a spanner jockey.
