Nissan Silvia S15 Spec R

Just seen one of these in the flesh (2000 model) with a 2 way LSD in Black, and running some 300bhp.

Now this car looks like some serious fun and somehow seems to be the missing link between the 200SX range and the Skylines

Anyone got any views on this car? I am seriously tempted to go back to the land of the rising sun with a turbo!

I would love one Nik. You could do a whole lot worse. Gary@ APT knows these quite well if that helps.

they are a great car imo and have a few more chassi (sp) mods then the s14a as well as coming off the shelve with a six speed box and hellical diff which is very good for the road and track, as stuart said speak to gary@apt he knows his datsuns lol

As Kev says, they have some nice extras that the S14 doesn't have. There is a thread here from Phil Morrison of Driftworks showing all the extra bracing that is in the S15...

The hellical diff is supposed to be good, the 6 speed is also nice.

They are a really nice car. If you want a propper RWD turbo rice rocket then buy my rx7.
