Yeah i am the guy off the gtir forum you spoke to but am much happier here! :D

sorry to hear you had problems today!

you should see 340 on the e-manage and some bigger injectors
but past that it starts to get expensive and in my opinion as a track car is more trouble than its worth!

its a friendly forum and club, i dont post on the gtir forum very much atall,
think i will stay with the turbo i have as its only done a few miles so should be good for a while, and im happy with the power at the moment, im not having much luck on the reliability i have now :x more power = more worry when giving it some stick,
need to concentrate more on the handling side of things i think

oil problem sorted out, turned out to be camshaft oil seal, simple to fix but was enough to ruin my day on the 16th, never mind all done now and am eagerly awaiting the next,

good luck with the rebuild sunnyjim

Love the new wheels Trev, they really suit the car and as Ben says, dark wheels on a dark car.......the way forward :thumb:

What a result the oil leak situation turned out to be?! Seriously, that must be a relief after all of your concerns mate.

All ready for the trackday now or any last minute bits to sort out?

should be all ship shape, would be nice to get a set of teins and some proper seats , the original seats dont hold you in very well, but im holding myself back, spent far to much lately,
im still not 100% sure on doing the snetterton trackday being on a wednesday, will know nearer the time and sign up if there is any spaces left, woodbridge is a definate though being so close, will be intresting to see what its like,,,
i love 15" rims, apparently best for handling on the pulsar and toyos at
