So standard ECU's can be re mapped using this then?

yup, i used it to remove fuel cut and adjust the top end fueling to get my car to stage 1, with a bit of guesswork.

And fortunately Gary@APT :plug: was very patient when it came to me clogging up his rolling road, while i whip the ECU in and out to make adjustments :-D

Thats some serious skill you have there.
One question though and dont take it the wrong way,
Is it worth going to the hassle of all that when you can get very good mappable ECU's such as the Apexi PFC for reasonably cheap now?
Just interested to see which route is best.

New associated little utility to give visual comparison of 2 CA or SR roms. I wrote it to just give a quick overview of differences, when looking at a new map from someone.

Any thoughts, suggestions much appreciated.

Works best with command line params :

romcompare.exe file1.bin file2.bin

but can scan your HD for roms if you dont like typing ;o)
