Nik, is it the exedy organic model mate? - if so it's what I have - but it's not good for heavy pull aways and certainly needs a bit of time to bed in.

Not sure whether it is the organic one or not Ben. It is in white and blue boxes if that means anything. Image

Yep that's organic mate - pre warning - it will slip when riding i.e. parking and reversing the car - this is normal - plus you'll get a burning smell for the first for hundred miles. Apparently as it's an organic job.

I complained about mine - had it checked out - and all was reported as good. Still working fine now (When the car is running that is !! )

Thanks for the warning Ben. I would have cacked my pants if I had put it in and didn't know what you have just told me :)

I checked out the website but it didn't list the figures for it - only the twins etc.

Abbey told me - it's is purely a slight uprate to the standard clutch. It will fail if you try burnouts / QTR mile starts etc - hence why I was so careful with it at Honington.

Nik - just a bit of extra support behind what I said .. http://www.gtr.co.uk/forum/upload/66917 ... udder.html

Ahh - that explains why the site only listed power ratings for the pink models - which look rather nice. shame to hide them away.

Thanks for the info guys. I will either get it fitted and bedded in before Snett or leave it until after to fit it. I will just see how it goes before then.
