I think most people who are here come from other forums that are dedicated to just one model of car like SXOC, SOC, GTROC, MLR and Scoobynet and the majority of them if not all have a fair share of muppets who like to brag about drifting round roundabouts, illegal meets that involve racing and just generally give the whole scene a bad name. This is due to many of the cars (200's, R32's, Classic Scoobys) being more affordable to buy and so are attracting 'the wrong crowd' films like TF&TF dont help either :roll:

So coming here is like a save haven where you can get away from the infantile crap and having to explain why you closed their thread about doing 90 in a built up area and talk to the real enthusiasts.

Keep up the good work guys and dont ever change to be try and become more accomodating or popular

why do so many people hate using predictive text anyway?

can i just ask about the other form of forum chat?

abreviations? e.g.

btw= by the way
lol= laugh out loud

i still have trouble understanding these too.

could a key be made up, or maybe everyone can contribute to list of the ones they know?

To be honest, I would like the posts to be as close as possible to verbal communications or the sort of thing that you would read in a printed format.
