One of the things that distinguishes BigPower from some other forums is that we try and keep the site a Queens English zone  We would really prefer to try and avoid abbreviations, text type and the like. No offence but I thought I'd mention it now rather than have to PM you formally and all that toot.

Back to the car, would you mind doing a sort of owners review for it in the 'Your cars bit'? I have been an Escort Cosworth fan for years and a long term owners account would be brilliant.....hopefully you won't have taken offence at my critique, I can be a teeny bit abrupt sometimes (I'll don my nomex suit now :) )

No problems about text speak or abbreviations, to be honest, I am a pedant when it comes to spelling and correct punctuation

I'll get on with doing an owner's review tomorrow.

Andy's RS500 is purely a track car, although he does occasionally use it on the road and has competed at TOTB and the recent Performance Ford 'Daddy Thrash' last month.

We are both members of the RSOC, so do a few static group shows during the summer.

My Escort I use mainly on track as well, but due to a shoulder injury, I haven't tracked it since August 2005, but I have booked in for the trackday at Donington on the 29th. This could be my last trackday in it though, because since I bought the Evo VIII 10 months ago, I am liking that more, so I shall be selling the Escort and getting the Evo modded up to around the 380bhp the Escort has. Newer technology seems the way forward.
