Essex Newbie

Post by Trojansport »

Hi everyone!

I'm a new trader to your forum so I just thought I'd say hello. We've got an Evo VIII as our demo car which we're going to be starting work on shortly hopefully.

Anybody live in the Essex area?

Hi Nick

Welcome to the site :) Recognise the name and your old R33 from the various Skyline boards.

Some more details and pictures of the EVO would be welcome, we're also heavily focused on trackdays, sprints etc so can you tell us what plans (if any) you have for your car next season?

Cheers

Stu

Hi Stu. Nice to see that I'm "known" :). We've just sold the Skyline to somebody else on the GTR Register. They're just having some work done on it down at RK Tuning. :8

Should I post pictures up in a gallery section? We've currently got plans to up the power to around 450bhp. There's going to be a lot of focus onto the suspension/brakes as I'm a big believer of working from the ground up.

As to the exterior, most of the car will be carbon, although some of it will be painted. Something pretty wild though as it's our demo car and will need to be eye-catching. Any ideas from anyone would be most welcome as it's a blank canvas so far.......

Hi Ben, cheers. (I was thinking that you could be the guy from Terminator, but I just searched and found out it was John Connor!) :D

Pictures can either be posted in the projects section or 'your cars' depending on how you want to cover it :)
