Newbie Signing in

Post by Bazzer »

Hi all,

I've just signed up having seen the feature in J-Tuner this month. I'm an EVO VIII FQ300 owner having previously owned a EP3 Honda Civic Type R.

I'm an ocassional track day goer and have been to the infamous Nurburgring twice and can't wait for my next venture, the first in my EVO.

I'm in the Woodbridge area so if you see a Purple Pearlescent EVO VIII floating about give us a wave.

Nice... you have to get some piccies up of the car Bazzer :D

Welcome to BigPower - we have plenty of track action right through the year including a few trips to the ring planned for next year.

(edit - some dodgy spelling Dunk - you been drinking? what did inclduign mean?)

Hi Bazzer

Welcome to the site. I've heard about your car (there cannot be too many purple EVO 8's around can there?) and would love to see the car and you at either the December meet or trackday on the 16th, preferably both :thumb:

The site is very active in terms of track days and we have a full schedule next year. I'm sure you'll fit right in :)

Cheers

These were taken the day I picked it up, so not the best of pictures, I was more interested in driving it at the time

I'm keen to attend some meets and track days too. Nurburgring trips, yeah I'm definately keen.

As for mods, none as yet apart from the HKS SSQV dump valve, it has a HKS Super Drager fitted as standard. To be hoenst, I prefer to spend money on track days (they cost enough if you include tyres and brakes) and driver training rather than modifying. I do a Euro Tour each year which racks up 2500 miles so thats lots of V-Power for the EVO

I have used LPS in Martlesham so thats where you may of heard of me. They used my CTR on the rolling road to record the exhaust sound for an new X-Box game being launched 8)
