Anyway - sod the air rifle, you need a 5.56mm XM177E2 carbine.

The short rifle at the bottom :)

Or I could just rent you the M60 (if I hadn't sold it :))

in all seriousness, alex's dad is a gunsmith and may be able to "do" something for you. i believe his weapons are for matchshooting but he might have some .22 "bearkiller" equipment ;)

You could have borrowed my CO2 powered air rifle if i had not sold it a few weeks ago!

Your first pic Stu, I have fired one of those on many occasions as i have been in a lot of shooting teams, great fun choosing which eye on the target to shoot through at 500 metres!! :-D

What pests are we talking about?

Now there are some rather fine tools there. Is that an M16A2 or a later M4?. Are you in the US in those pics?.

Thats one is an A2. The pics were taken at the gun club I belong to in the US, the firearms shown there are just the tip of a rather large collection I accumulated over the years :), at present my father in law is looking after them for me (such a hardship), and, the collection includes 2 AK47's (1 genuine Kalashnikov not the Egyptian licensed rubbish :) ) 3 AR15's (1 clarke custom gator and a JP Engineering target 15), 1 M16, a .50cal Armalite AR50, M1 Garand, Ingram Mac11 (semi auto only), a few hunting rifles. Handguns include Sig Sauer P225, P226, Glock 17, 22, Walther P99, Sprinfield 1911-A1 mil spec, Browning BDA, Beretta 92F, Taurus Raging Bull.....these are what I can remember off the top of my head, lol.
