Wow good effort mate,
Thumbs up from me !!!
Fantastic effort Lee, not sure I approve of your denim seats - hope they're not in the Evo
cheers mate well happy with it didnt think it would look as good as it does!
special edition 106 seats could allways have the makinen retrimmed
as u can see the air box is so close to the headlight it was the only real route the actual factory air scoop is only anygood if u have the rare intake system i think!good work with the intake
can I ask why you decided to lose a headlight for it rather than an intake on the bonnet?
not dont have anything to do this how can it be donelooking good Lee, lovely finish
have you monitored the differences on intake temperature? If so, how much?

Lee - I have just gone down the charge temp monitoring route myself and there are various ways to do it using k-type probes into the airflow or better still into the inlet manifold to give a true charge temp reading.
I decided on the latter with a SPA Dual boost and temp gauge showing me the charge temps.
I log intake temperatures using an OE sensor output from the ecu, but you may be able to fit a probe in there aswell if there isnt a factory sensor. Charge temp is the real temp that you need to know as the colder it is, the denser the air is and then a bigger explosion (big caviat ....in my limited knowledge
