Sure if you were determined enough you could make one for the front grill out of fiberglass. I have a friend who makes fiberglass bits and I`m sure he could do a replacement grill with a duct built in.

Hmmm, dont think it would look right in the grill mate.. My best bet is to possibly buy a stock headlamp from a breakers and modify it.
