1400kg? Prehaps I was looking at the wrong stats, but thinking about it, 1400kg would be a more realistic figure given the amount of GRP panels that are bonded onto the car.

HearHear!!, though i miss mine like mad a lot of the time, oh well looks like we will both have to suffer french cars (well our engines are made by the same company lol) for the next 18 months or soNikWilson wrote:There is life after the Skyline GTR - but what??????????
We are all so spoiled by the handling and road presence a GTR gives and once accepted, then there is no good 100% replacement - just 2nd bests (IMHO) - this is not taking anything away from any other car marks, but I have to admit, the R34 GTR v-spec is the best car I have EVER owned and I feel very luck to have done so.

Noted and taken on board. All that power and no ESP or traction control. The issue is mainly at bends, with this car it is brake in and at the apex - hard out. The same for most rear wheel drive cars except in this one the center of gravity is quite high.ScoobyandScrappy wrote:very nice nik, but i would have the R34 though![]()
just a ward of warning be very carefull when driveing in the wet with the V6 a lot of power for the rear wheels i've seen 2 V6's crashed 1 rolled over and the other lost the back end in to a tree

But then, its just so fun to drive and more suited to Norfolks road than my lowered GTR.
