What do you think of this Supra

what is your problem with supras jez is it becuase i have one

what's there to be let down by on one

they don't handle that bad either

all stock cars with pro drivers

and have to say for 11k a 6 speed supra with a t88 will be a dog, if your seriously interested in a big spec supra fella check out and register on http://www.mkiv-supra.net and ask for advice or someone to import you one you'll be looking at 16k-22k for a six speed with a big spec that price is just all round dodgy where did you see it?

can`t be very dodgy with only 38000km on the clock, what could possibly be wrong with it? Also the price will be higher by the time you pay delivery and customs charge.

your judgement on supras are very cloudy mk4's are fantastic cars alround not going to be like a 4wd car on a bumpy b road or in wet but a damn good car that holds it value so well

again look at times at the end again all pro drivers and all stock cars

where did you see it fella not saying what you appear to see is not right but i'm saying i have been on the supra forum for one and a half years and you can't get cars like that for 11k unfortunatly i know someone that can help, but seroiusly please log on and register on that forum it will help you

I don`t reserve any judgement about Supra`s and never confessed to. I posted the topic up for interest only. If you think it is dodgy then fine, I`m not planning on buying the car.

Alex are you forgetting that the price is before shipping?
Terry dont always judge by the mileage mate, she could have only done a few miles on the clock but it could have been done on the track.

Alex your also forgettng that they go out here for about 10.000 dollars thats like 5500 pounds, so maybe this guy is just selling it cheap trust me he's still making money. Some importers dont charge the earth. Supra's are not liked much out here, wheyyyy too heavy for the japanese. So they do sell cheap, people who import supra's and R32 GTR's make crazy money. GTR's are around the same price too, geez i picked up my absolutly mint evo 3 for like 2000 pounds.

And Alex dont take things Jez says so personally. people do have their own views.

if u like supras. then yes 11k for this setup is a good deal. but as i said...I just dont like the supras. Didnt say they were bad cars. Just said I think they could have done better with the rest of the car. Look at the GTR compared to the supra. Which one brakes better? which one is faster down the quarter mile? which one is faster on the track? which one had a great engineering accomplishment in their drivetrain called ATTESA? which one is cheaper?

If u look at all those performance questions. U will see the answer. GTR. IMO the gtr is a much better car for the money. As well as the supra is way toooooo heavy for just being a RWD inline 6 car. Sure I will admit the 2jz engine and gearbox are much stronger than the GTRs. However the GTR is by far the better package. Like i said IMO the toyota engineers could have done alot better.
