A strange request but logical :-D

The reason is, I have lived in the same house for the last 4 years since it was built, the same as the other neighbours in the close.

One house has people moving in and out quite often, while this is not unusual as 3-4 houses are rented in the close, these people do not fit in with the usual profile of a person who would live in the close. We are all young couples with no kids, this house is always lived in by a women with at least two kids, the last had three, and normally a male companion. This is a small two bed house, with one parking space. So there is always the inevitable dont give a crap attitude and parking issues, every few months.

It has just been vacated but the bins are over flowing and citycare in Norwich are refusing to move it, the last bin collection was today so its been 2 weeks outside.I will be speaking to the council tomorrow, but I would like to know who owns it so I can write to them to express my disappointment. I think it must be some form of housing association, as it doesnt appear to have been sold according to the land registry since 2002

Cheers

Paul
