Hello from 200sx S14 owner

Post by SteA »

Hi all,

Looks like this should be a cool forum for those that love trackdays and other events :-D You probably wont see me at a trackday for a little while :( I've done lots of track stuff this year, including a trip to Spa and the ring so have probably met at least a few of you. Sadly I need to save a bit of cash whilst I focus on different things until later next year when I will be back with a vengeance

The currrent specs of my car are here:

http://www.sxoc.com/site/rides/ride.php?Member_ID=1077

The important stuff, my car is a fairly modified, but not exactly big power S14 (350 bhp/370 lbft on dyno dynamics RR). Its my daily drive, does well in excess of 20,000 miles a year and dozens of trackdays. I've owned it over 3 years and am truly addicted to it. I also have a less modified (about 250 + bhp) S14a which the wife usually drives and the odd BMW here and there which should be my daily drives but I just cant cope with numb driving experiences :P

Hello Sir

With your track habits, I think you'll fit in just nicely. The power figures look good enough to me and I'm sure with an experienced driver it'll hassle many theoretically quicker cars anyway.

Thanks guys :thumb:

I get the feeling that abstaining from trackdays for a while is going to be more painful than I first thought :o

Looking forward to joining you all on track at some point, I think you'll get quite a few of us from the sxoc attending events :-D
