My GT-Four had singing lessons today

And it seems to have the X Factor

A while back a guy came on my forum asking for a Four to put on the rollers and take some sound samples at various stages of engine load and the results to be used in a one of the latest video games.

Well I was there........the four was on the rollers for nearly 2 hours and behaved beautifully even with lack of cooling while recording was taking place ....The guys at DSA Automotive were very good at their job and monitiored all through the recording and even gave her a little tweek to help her out.

All in all a great experiance and made for the best day on the rollers ever

Will be pretty nice, knowing your car is actually in a video game! Any idea which game and were there any other cars there being featured/recorded?

I am sworn to secerecy over the name of the game but its gonna be a follow up to a very popular tuning/racing game

There were some lovely skylines and an awesome 350z with a APS twin turbo set up

Max 1 and I had the same done at LPS in Ipswich, he had the Mustang for most of the day and ended up with three runs about 1 1/2 minutes. If you ask they will give you the CD with the soundtrack, sad to admit it I know but I do on occasions listen to it!!

Funniest part of the day was when a flame shot out of the exhaust and melted the covering on the mic

Driving a fast Jap import is like coming out of the closet, you might surprise some people, but in the end you are still gay.
