Refined Reflections

Hello

Firstly I would like to thank the founders (Stuart and Duncan) of Big Power for starting this web forum and allowing me to be associated with it. I would like to wish them and you all the best in the future.

Refined Reflections is a new company specialising in high quality Detailing (also known as Valeting), You are not offered a quick wash with a dirty sponge and water, rather a hand wash using only high quality products like 100% pure sheepskin mitts paintwork and wax safe shampoo's and waffle weave microfiber drying towels, followed up with quality Carnauba based waxes. Quality, care and service are the most important parts of all work undertaken.

There are many levels of care offered, from a simple wash (still takes over 1 hour) to full paintwork overhaul including machine polishing to remove or reduce paint defects (can take 2 days in some cases) to a full on show car preparation and show support. There is also a Full Carnauba Wax treatment which uses some of the best available high Carnauba content waxes that are applied by massaging them into the paintwork using only bare hands, and then buffed using high quality buffing microfiber cloths.

You can also have the interior of your car looked after, ranging from a simple interior clean and treat, to spot cleaning, full wet shampoo, leather cleaning and conditioning.

If you care to have a look at the website you will see some of the services offered, however if you don't see what you are looking for then please feel free to ask, and everything possible will be done to cater for your needs. You will also be able to view some of the cars that have been treated to the Refined Reflections care services. No car or job is too big or small.

Refined Reflections can offer these services and more at your premises at no extra cost (within 30miles, or plus travel over this distance) 7 days a week. All that is asked is that access to water and electricity is available until the new van arrives (at which time Refined Reflections will be totally mobile).

For full Big Power members there are special members offers available. Plus in the near future Refined Reflections in association with Big Power will be able to offer some detailing products and kits in the shop area.

Having seen the work that Gary has done first hand on Woody's scooby - i would have sworn it was a different car afterwards.... it was a complete transformation

And for the other, less abused version, the finish looks like it could win a wet tshirt competition

Looking forward to it Stu, however don't think I'll be doing everything

just make sure those hands are clean as they will be very soft and sweet smelling when you've finished applying the wax

Just a small update, for those who haven't seen or heard, Refined Reflections is now totally mobile, with on-board water, electricity, lighting and if needed a gazebo I can look after you car wherever you are, even in the middle of a field if you wish. So now you can do those things which are more important than cleaning.

What a cracking idea just think how many customers you could snare at a car show if you are completely mobile. Car show goers are completely bound by the toilet dash to get water by which time the car has dried out and leaves drying marks.

A big big thank you to gary for cleaning my car - I should say renewing my car as it is simply amazing now.

I like to think I can clean the car, a lot of people comment on how clean it is .. but it has never been as spotless as it is now after a Refined Reflections treatment.

Gary's attention to detail is what makes it so incredible, there are no more swirls, no more white marks between the rubber and metal - the finish is deep and lustrous. I will now be looking to gary to keep my car as clean as it is today.

I would recommend Gary 150% to anyone who needs their pride and joy treated to some proper care.
