M's air filter elbows

Post by 323ian »

I have a set of M's air filter elbows complete with a set of K&N air filters to fit on a RB26 engine.
Anyone interested?

Not sure really Stu.
I was planning on fitting these with apexi air filters but i cant live without the noise of those HKS filters!

How different is the sound to the hks? A lot?

I know im being daft, but i love the sound the hks make, then on the other hand they dont have great filtration properties compaired to the others.

That is very true and the exact reason why i got these M's elbows.
I was planning on fitting the apexi as you dont lose hardly any power but gain better filtration.
I am not to sure on the noise but i know that the HKS sound the best.
Is anyone running the apexi on their RB26?

Oh yeh - sounds like you're sucking in the road.

Since fitting them (plus the Apexi downpipes), the sound is awesome, really big rush of air when you open it up.

Come out with either Stu or me next time we meet up to have a listen.
