It sounds very interesting as a future project. Will have to see how the money goes. Thanks for all the info though.

All my mates have scoobys and skylines ( and one with a mini !!) I would love to see more cars like mine on here but I get the feeling people shy away in general through fear of parts, servicing etc

There seems to be two groups of people that have american cars in general

1. Street legal, drive as a daily - no major mods
2. Major mods but not street legal

What I would like to see is more people taking the leap, buying American and building fast modded street cars

Driving a fast Jap import is like coming out of the closet, you might surprise some people, but in the end you are still gay.

A few of my friends have older classic Americans, mostly pick ups with big powertm but the guy with the Corvette may not be coming along now. He had promised to do some work for me and let me down badly. Seems I may have spoken my mind

For a car like yours ... I could be tempted ... in all honesty I really don't know what I'd have next - I love the GTR and assume that my next purchase would be either an R34 or a 350z ..

But the new mustang is something else - when you left the carpark at tesco's it sounded incredible ...

Sorry I didn't have a chance to chat - too many people - too many conversations.

Next time can I have a proper look over it?.

Lets face it we all love Phils car :-D
I must admit I ended up following his car and driving 4 miles the wrong way because we were busy talking about the lights, the stripes, the wheels, the noise etc etc

Ben, you'd need a booster seat to see over the wheel.
