I'm now expecting to see you on National Geographic everytime a ship is discovered.

Been on German TV, NBC News and Horizon  oh...and in J Tuner :-D

Well - I improve service .. :) ... Kinda if you have a problem and you've exhausted all avenues as to why you have a problem - i come along - run a few workshops and help you identify what the problem is then help you to use the findings to resolve the issue.

Thinking 'Outside the Box' then 8)

Do you specialise in a particular area... industry, people etc

Six Sigma, that sort of thing?

Yeh six sigma, plus ITIL practices, I'm an ITIL practitioner, Got a BSE in Business analyse ..

Basically IT - but due to the nature of the beast now look more at process itself i.e. the process between departments, the end to end process plus the TAKT time etc to then work out what resource is required against customer expectations etc ...

impressed that you know about six sigma
