Is that the Elise 111S or Elise 111R?

I'd say the 111R as its a little better all round.

Oh Duncan, Stu now has another copy of my Card with the 22b on it fully modded and a few million to spend too :p

Got 8m08.881, jeez this is a hard car to drive.

It might be better to pick a track other than Nurburg, one of the smaller ones makes it easier to play and more accessible. 8 Mins is a heck of a long time to be playing, 2 laps being 16 mins, thats too long for people to just pick up and play.

Whats the feeling ? Carry on with this track ?

If you get below 8...you are a good gamer !!!!

Changing tracks to make it easier isn't what I prefer. However if you think 8 mins is a long time, you should try doing it in the Subaru 360, now that takes a long time :p

Unfortunately I still can't try it as today Stu polished my CD after the kids thought it was a Frisbee but sad to say it still don't load fully, so off to see Stu tomorrow and buy another copy.

I didnt mean easier as in difficulty, I meant easier as in 'less time consuming'. A few members on here have hinted that they dont have long to play on the games in an evening, therefore by picking a smaller track it would enable them to do a load of laps in 8 mins !!

i think the longer lap, particularly nurburgring, punishes sloppyness and you need to be tidy and maintain momemtum in order to get good times. In reality, this is how we would want to drive it anyway and as such I would say it is a better test of driving as you have to drive within yourself because of the sheer time involved in throwing it all away on the thrid from last corner for the sake of a single second.

still, i think the lotus needs more power..... a flat four and 4wd :D
