I live 1mile from Clives place and drive past it every day to go to work. I've heard a lot of things good and bad about him, the only real thing I can say is that he seems to add a lot to actual measured torque at the wheels to calculate the crank BHP/Torque. Im sure he added over 30% to my neighbours scooby and 20 odd % to a Suzuki, that seems very high to me even though its 4x4. I have a TVR Chimera 5.5L here right now that I have just finished fitting an MS ECU to and that produces 374.6BHP at 6000RPM, I keep meaning to get it to him for a power run to see what he makes of it. Dont think Im going to have time now as the customer will need it back very shortly. If I still have it next week I will run it down to him to see what figure he comes up with,

No idea Phil
I was more interested in using this as a before and after for any other mods. All dynos have their own quirks, as do their operators :lol:

Not had a great experience with Clive Atthowe, basically my car suffered from spark blowout when he dyno'ed it.

He gave me some bullshit about it upsetting his equipment, but if you do the calculation based on the data in the graph it clearly shows he was wrong, he didn't even want to listen or enter into a discussion about it.... Extremely arrogant, much happier to drive to Witham and Engine Advantages than use Clive again.

Basically the graph is wrong, the Torque reading is out, BHP is a calculation based on rpm and torque.

BHP=(TorquexRPM)/5252

Therefore at 5252rpm, BHP=Torque.

That graph looks mickey mouse .. mph along the bottom rather than RPM and torque and bhp lines not crossing as you say at 5252

Joking aside, I think every tuner, every company has their critics and fans. Not good though JC, not good at all.
