Nice to see bodywork covered on a thread like this. Good work Terry. I would have been very nervous addressing that bumper with an angle grinder

It does take a brave person too modify bodywork especially as that do luck splitter was a grand. There again if your too afraid to do it either don`t or get someone else to.

Next was to add a little colour to the interior. Blue leather was purchased for the small parts of the interior. The gear stick gaiter, handbrake gaiter and arm rest were changed to blue.

As you can see the gear knob was changed for a savage gear knob and the hand brake cover also replaced with a Momo cover.

Next job was the ashtray. That had to go and after fabricating a plate and mounting bracket two crome aircraft switches were attaceh to it. These switches had no purpose as yet but were eventually used for the headrest screens to come.

Now the switches are there it was time to put them to use, so a set of 8 inch screens already mounted in the headrest were ordered. Screens would be no good with out a DVD player so a Kenwood DVD player was ordered to. The installation was not as easy as I thought. I wanted two seperate systems one for the stereo and one for the DVD. Problem being I wanted the dvd to play and use the stereo at the same time. So after blowing the stereo bridging the speakers oooppppppps! I purchased a Sony amp. The amp gave me the facilty to run the rears off the amp and the stereo through the front speakers.

Well after seeing the R33 GTST 1000bhp Skyline in a certain magazine, I`ve decided I`m going for the Big Power Single turbo monster. Now I have an account with JUN I`m going to gradually build up the internals of the RB25DET and unleash some power with a big Turbo conversion. Stay tuned.
