Next gen consoles

Hope this is ok to post in here:

Stuart and myself had an interesting chat about the next gen consoles coming out eg PS3 and Nintendo Wii and the current XBox 360.

What do you guys think about them ?

Are you likely to buy any when they come out or have you got one ?

Personally I am very impressed with the game graphics and vids of the PS3, especially Vision GT (or GT Hi Def) but for me

Got a 360, have pre-ordered a PS3 but not too fussed about the Nintendo.

360 doesn't get used that much other than as a DVD player :roll: Thik I may have outgrown my computer games phase!

Thin ice there pal! Taiwanese PS3's( or any non european ones) fall foul of all sorts of import restrictions. They'll be released in the UK at the same time as Taiwan, won't play UK games and will not be compatible with UK internet connections. Apart from that and no UK guarantee for a

well I got some Japanese Psp`s last year and they sold like hot cakes on a hot fire on a hot day! Will see what I can get. You want some for your shop ?

Absolutely not. Sony will suspend my trade account. PSPs are universal in terms of software, PS3's are not. Go careful mate.

I cant wait for the PS3 to come out,,,, my names down on the list for when they do get here,,, and as for my psp,, that stays with me like my mobile phone :grin:

Yeah Ben told me about an offer he had got from the Link where you got a free PSP, went in the next day and got myself one too !!!

Now pretty much every lunchtime at work we are playing Everybodys Golf and GTA. Great little console, wish I'd bought one sooner !!!!
