The engine top does look similar, but the biggest give away if the 16v plenum.

You'll be dissapointed with a MKIII
The MKII is very responsive to handling modifications.

Ok. So that one is out of the window. On closer inspection and a chat with the guy who is selling, it is a complete shed. So..... Now looking for something else. :)

Well, it was very cheap

You may just be able to tap Rob up Nik, as he's seen something else Dub shaped that's taken his fancy. His would be a bit more than that other one you looked at though.

What would it need to track prep it? I assume it is a 16v? :D I have told jay that we would need to spend more and he is ok with that ;)

Rob's is sixteen valve with new lowering springs, two sets of wheels (including R888's) aircon, electric everything, full history etc etc

I would give him a PM if you're serious as he changes his mind quicker than I do (and that is quickly :) )
