Sorry guys i have posted this before but things have changed so im starting a new post to keep it all clean...

This how far ive got..

OK so this is my project..

Here she is looking rather worse for wear......





Now she may look rough but she is solid but that dont mean to say there is no welding needed..



After a good inspection, main issues are the rear inner arches needs work, no surprise tbh!!


So whats the plan well...

Rallye tunnel fitment



Boot floor replacement




Audi TT Haldex



Audi TT Gearbox



Axle Inplace





Could not help myself to a quick fitment

Got some parts machined down, hopfully once ive had the disks redrilled i can fit everything to the back, then fingers crossed i have a rolling rear end still goto fit the rear hanging bracket, it will also allow me to get the rear prop section modified to the correct lengh..

I am doing the 5 stud conversion..

2.5mm off either end of the shafts
Milled down to the lvl of the groove to allow the TT CV fitment
Hub needs 2mm off overall diameter
1 of the steps needed machining down

I can't imagine the appetite for modding to this extent........it get worn out thinking about the effort involved
