Found a way of lowering the rear of the car for a very reasonable

thats the best thing about these old cars you can get a vast
amount of parts for cheap or you can ask a mate who is a hord for parts:drool5:

I helped celebrate the cars 23rd birthday yesterday when this arrived......

A 1500 mile old Ashley tubular manifold, as recommended by Dr's Pablo and Bart- thanks guys!!

It now looks like this....

....thanks to some UHT paint and a beer in the garden;)

I'll be stripping and painting the brakes supplied by the good doctors, and also speaking to a friendly engine building ninja tonight for a realistic figure of what to expect and whats involved to get there.

So happy 23rd birthday little car, many happy returns!

im going to find out how old my car is and when its birthday is to.

good man for knowing the program i love it to bits, it is a true reflaction on how we work together:D

car should be well responsive with that power prodiction
i could get my GT to about 140bhp BUT that would cost alot in just getting cams bought and fitted.

pinto is sounding the way to go.
