'N' plate means nothing - brother has a V3 STi type RA 96 car thats registeres correctly on an 'N' plate

This guy was not in his Impreza on the track day, but in a 325 BMW for some reason so no wonder i went past him with not much trouble lol.
He and others commented on how quick my standard M3 on road tyres was. I was timed at 1.28!
