Hello! Newbie here with an S14

Post by Lorien »

Hello all!

Looks a great forum here, nice to see a mix of different cars! I'm quite an active member of the SXOC and have been known to frequent Driftworks too.

I'm looking forward to learning a lot from this place :)

Here is my S14 if anyone is interested!

Lovely 14a. Some great details in the styling too, particularly the bonnet! Is that a Kazama badge I spy on the back? If so bloody good effort, judging by the cream leather I would have to say I'm probably wrong though.......really nice car and welcome to the site

wow, what a great welcome! Thanks guys, :)

The badge on the back is just a plain old Nismo effort, nothing fancy! I'm removing the boot lid soon anyway for a carbon fibre one, keeping the green vs carbon look across the whole car!

Since those photo's I have added a new set of coilovers, and I am currently refurbing a set of wider Enkei split rims from a 300zx.

thanks again :)

I work in Milton keynes, and I live near Market Harborough in Leicesterhsire.

That not my daily commuter! It's an 80 mile a day journey for which I use a mondeo workhorse! :D

I have test fitted the wheels and they do flush out with the arches nicely, but it's a tedious process removing all the old grey paint, polishing the dish and painting the centres. Going for a gloss black against polished aluminum look :)

I take it this is quite an active forum! So hopefully I will get to see some of your excellent looking cars in the near future :)
