Ahhh - Now if I'm right you came to Paul and Stuarts track day - and this explains how come you did the pit straight so frekin quickly ... :)

Michael 'only' had around 360bhp then, I'm sure he'll correct me, but still massively quick. That day was the last day he drove it for some while :(

Ahh I thought it was this poor car - I remember the smoke / steam - it was going like a train up until that point.

Great to see it sorted and with so much more HP - Gawd it was quick on that snetterton day. I've actually got it on vid - presently looking for the footage now.

Yep that was me :D Footage would be great if you can find it? :)

Was pretty quick back then, but still struggled to cope with a certain stripped out Sierra! :x :lol:

As for the smoke / steam I think it was down to the petrol being 95RON and the car mapped to 98RON. Filled up from empty with their stuff at lunchtime, 5 minutes after going out after lunch it went bang :( Unfortunately doesn't seem to be any way to prove it or any comeback though.
